Our CSA started TODAY! So my weekly meal plans are going to change up a bit as I will have all sorts of new produce to make meals from & can't go off of my normal routine.
Big. Step. for this OCD chic.
Also super fun.
This week I received bok choy, spring mix, arugula, radish, salad turnips, & spicy mix.
Needless to say, salads will be in order with all these greens, but there is more fun to be had, and I'd rather wait and blog about it after I've made all the meals.
